paneer (cottage cheese)- 350 gm (chopped into cubes)
garlic- 7 cloves (finely chopped)
salt
onion- 1
green pepper- 1
soya sauce
chilli sauce
green chilli- 2
corn flour
ajinomotto
sugar

Method:
In a deep frying pan, pour oil and fry the paneer.
when the paneer changes to golden brown color, take it and soak it in a bowl of water.
in the mean time, pour oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic and fry it well, then add the onion and green pepper and saute it well.
now add the soya sauce, chilli sauce and stir it well and now pour 1/2 glass of water and add 1 tspn of corn flour mix and stir it well, till the sauce becomes thick.
add a pinch of sugar and salt to taste to the sauce and add the chopped green chilli.
Now add the soaked paneer to the sauce and stir it well.
before turning off the stove, add a pinch of ajinomotto and garnish with spring onion.
wheat Pasta- 2 cups (boil it in a pressure cooker with 3 to 4 whistles)
soya sauce- 1 tspn
tomato basil puree- 3 tspn
vodka sauce- 1/2 cup
Chicken/ vegetable stock- 1 cube
salt
pepper
olive oil
Method:
Heat the pan and pour 3 tspn of oil and add the onion slices, while frying the onion, now take the garlic cloves. with a shredder, shred the garlic in the oil.
when the garlic and the onions are frying, add the mushroom, baby corn and spring onion and fry it well.
now add the soya sauce, tomato puree and vodka sauce( its a pasta sauce). Now pour 1/2 a glass of water and close the pan and let it boil.
when the sauce boils, add salt to taste and stir it well
now add the boiled chicken to the sauce, and stir it well
Finally, you can add the boiled pasta to the sauce and sprinkle pepper and add the green pepper.
To give a finishing touch, add the vegetable/chicken soup/stock cube to the pasta, to give extra flavor to the dish.
